Aly Cissokho, who has been linked with Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United, will cost €11million, Lyon have confirmed.
The France international has been on Liverpool's radar for some time, while Arsenal were thought to be keen on signing the left-back during the January transfer window as manager Arsene Wenger looked to strengthen his injury-hit defence.
Cissokho's agent claimed earlier this year that Man Utd could make a move for his client at the end of the season, while Juventus and Napoli have also shown interest.
Reports in Italy have suggested Napoli have already lodged a €7.5m offer, but Lyon insist they will not let Cissokho leave unless their valuation is met.
"Discussions will not start at below €11M with any club that wishes to acquire the player," said the Ligue 1 club in a statement released via their official website.
Earlier this year, agent Ali Barat as good as called for Man Utd to sign Cissokho this summer, telling Calciomercato.it: "In the summer we can open the doors to Manchester United."
United are keen on signing a left-back this summer, with Everton's Leighton Baines on their radar.
