Liverpool have been put on alert after Sochaux admitted Ryad Boudebouz could be sold this summer.
Boudebouz has been linked with a move to the Premier League for some time, with Arsenal previously showing interest, and Liverpool in recent weeks believed to be keen on luring him to Anfield.
And Sochaux president Alexandre Lacombe has confirmed the Algeria international could be on the move providing their valuation is met.
"If a suitable offer for Ryad arrives, we will honour our word and he will go," Lacombe told reporters.
Aston Villa and Newcastle have also been linked with the 22-year-old.
