Juventus want to sign Arsenal captain Robin van Persie AND Liverpool forward Luis Suarez.
Juventus are one of three clubs to have lodged bids for Van Persie, who is out of contract at the end of next season and recently announced he does not plan to sign a new deal at Emirates Stadium.
Juve, along with Premier League champions Manchester City and rivals Manchester United, have been widely seen as frontrunners in the race to sign Van Persie for some time, and all three have had bids rejected by the Gunners in recent days.
It is believed Arsenal are yet to receive an offer above £15million for the Dutchman, who they want in the region of £25m for.
Suarez, whose future at Liverpool has been a hot topic of conversation ever since his high profile clash with Manchester United defender Patrice Evra last year, last month hinted that he was ready to leave the Premier League following the departure of Kenny Dalglish as Reds boss.
New Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is keen to keep hold of the Uruguay international, but according to BBC Sport, there is a growing confidence at in Turin that both players will quit the Premier League and move to Italy this summer.
Juventus general director Giuseppe Marotta this week said the club know what they have to do if they are to sign Van Persie this summer.
"Van Persie is a fans' dream," he said.
"Everyone has dreams but then you have to confront this with the reality.
"We know what we have to do, and that is the important thing."
As of Saturday morning, Man Utd are favourites with bookmakers to be Van Persie's next club after manager Sir Alex Ferguson confirmed on Friday that a bid had been made (see Related Articles), ahead of Man City and Juventus.
AC Milan, Barcelona, and Real Madrid have also shown interest in the Netherlands international.
